Hello, everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend. If you have not already checked out our presentations from Friday, please be sure to visit that post (http://3-burnette.weebly.com/burnettes-blog/presentations) and find your child's group. This week in Science, we have decided to continue researching life cycles. This week, groups will be divided and we will have one research an animal from mammals, one from birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish with live birth, and fish that lay eggs. Students will present their research to the class on Friday. In math, we are working on angles and 3D nets. Today we learned a new song about the types of angles. They were so excited to perform it for you all! Students will learn about nets of solids this week. They should be able to view a net and determine which solid shape it can make. There is a great website for understanding this better: http://www.onlinemathlearning.com/geometry-nets.html Dream Sheet, M4T #26 Study Guide, and Newsletter are attached below. Dojo reports and graded papers are also being sent home today. Please sign them and return tomorrow. Let me know if you have any other questions!!!
