Hello! Below, you will find information regarding this week in math and science. The agenda pages can be found below for homework. Students received Dojo reports today along with graded papers from Ms. Mitchell and their 3rd grade newsletter. I had to leave early on Friday, sick, so I did not have their test at home to grade this weekend. To avoid any misplaced tests, I will hold these until the next week's Monday mail.
Please sign the Dojo Report and return it tomorrow. In math, we are beginning our unit on fractions. We are working on Math 4 Today Week #5. We will complete the study guide together in class on Thursday and our test will be on Friday. We will also have a core bites test this week. We will complete the study guide together in class tomorrow and our test will be on Wednesday. This is in their blue folder. In science, we are finishing up our chapter on matter. Students will complete the Lesson check for Lesson 4 in class on Friday. They will be allowed to use their books as a resource. My daughter is scheduled to have surgery on Thursday of this week, so I will not be at school on Thursday or Friday. Our classroom routines and procedures will remain in place, even with the substitute. If you are unable to reach me via Dojo, please feel free to email or message Ms. Mitchell and she will notify the sub with any pertinent information. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
