One of my favorite teaching quotes is "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". I've always had pride in my lesson plans and organization of school materials -- until I was recently introduced to "The Planner World". I have lusted over Erin Condren planners {https://www.erincondren.com/teacher-lesson-planners}, and I've been inspired by a colleague at my school, Nikki, as she shared her custom planner files with me {http://faithfamilyand5th.blogspot.com/}. I've become obsessed and have spent countless hours creating my own planner files. I had considered having it spiral bound, but the idea of not being able to add to or remove scares me a little. I recently came across the Zazzle website {http://www.zazzle.com/shop?rf=238288913629961850} and found out that I can customize my very own three ring binder......because let's get serious, this is my "baby" and she deserves WAY more than a Walmart view binder. So -- I bit the bullet and ordered a custom binder for my files. It came today and I feel like a kid at Christmas! I am IN LOVE with this binder...and the files inside. I cannot wait for school to start so I can put this bad boy to use! I am definitely not planning to fail this year! Check out my pics.....

This looks SO good! Thank you so much for sharing ideas with me. I have loved bouncing ideas back and forth with you, and I love your binder. I NEED to order mine very soon! Maybe it will be my welcome back to school present to myself. You are going to have an awesome year with an awesome planner to match! :)
